Ingredients:
- 400 g homemade cottage cheese (https://wp.me/ph7HdQ-2J)
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- 3 tbsp white rice flour

Instructions:
Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Heat a frying pan, add a few drops of olive oil, form 2-inch patties, and fry them until golden on both sides.
Serve with a drizzle of honey or with cooked and reduced frozen berries.
