On this blog, I write about the journey of bodybuilding, chronic bloating, and food choices.
I have been active and strong most of my life, but my stomach was always bloated. I just didn’t think much about it. Life was busy, and I assumed that’s just how my body was.
Everything changed when I started preparing for my first bodybuilding competition. I started training abs every day, but my stomach still looked swollen. That’s when I realized — it wasn’t a training problem. It was a food, posture, breathing, and lifting approach problem. So I changed my training and started treating food like an experiment.

- Recipes made from foods that don’t cause bloating (for me)
- Simple routines, discipline, and systems
I am not a doctor or a nutritionist. I am just a person who pays attention, tests things, and writes down what works.
